Mark L. Randall has been conducting civil and criminal trials before Maine juries for 20 years. After completing a judicial clerk internship with the Vermont Supreme Court and graduating from Vermont Law School, Mr. Randall began his practice of law trying criminal cases before Maine juries as an Assistant District Attorney.
In 1990 he joined a Portland trial firm and focused his trial practice on legal matters involving medical malpractice including birth injury and failure to diagnose cases, personal injury cases involving catastrophic injuries and damages, insurance contract disputes, and criminal defense.
Although the provision of legal services has become increasingly impersonal, Mr. Randall continues to practice law with the philosophy that people deserve personal attention, dedication and aggressive representation. At the Randall Law Office, Mr. Randall is available to his clients when they need him and he is willing to spend the extra hours on their case. This dedication has allowed Mr. Randall to personally guide hundreds of clients through the justice system with successful proven results.
