- Negligent use of clot busting medication to treat mild heart attack in contradiction of American College of Cardiology Guidelines resulting in severe brain hemorrhage, conscious suffering, and death of 52 year old women.
- Negligent management of injection of medication including morphine and an anesthetic by nurse and physician for patient with multiple sclerosis resulting in slow rising paralysis, loss of ability to speak, sedation, conscious suffering, and patient’s death.
- Negligent delivery and dosage of wrong narcotic pain medication by nurse after rotator cuff surgery resulting in patient’s respiratory arrest, brain injury, and death three months later.
