• Negligently leaving mother during labor and delivery with baby stuck in birth canal after vacuum assist failed to deliver baby resulting in severe oxygen deprivation, brain injury, and death.

• Failure of emergency room medical staff to recognize obvious signs and symptoms of imminent heart attack for overweight man complaining of unrelenting pain in his chest and arm, sweating, feeling of impending doom who was discharged and later died of heart attack at work.  

• Negligent use of clot busting medication to treat mild heart attack in contradiction of American College of Cardiology Guidelines resulting in severe brain hemorrhage, conscious suffering, and death of 52 year old women.

• Negligent management of injection of medication including morphine and an anesthetic by nurse and physician for patient with multiple sclerosis resulting in slow rising paralysis, loss of ability to speak, sedation, conscious suffering, and patient’s death.

• Negligent delivery and dosage of wrong narcotic pain medication by nurse after rotator cuff surgery resulting in patient’s respiratory arrest, brain injury, and death three months later.

• Failure to retrieve surgical instrument from abdominal cavity at the conclusion of abdominal surgery resulting in pain and discomfort, several emergency room visits, and second surgery.

• Failure to diagnose ankle deformation after surgical repair due severe ankle fracture resulting in subsequent surgical procedures, delayed healing, additional rehabilitation and recuperation.

• Failure to diagnose hip fracture after severe motor vehicle accident resulting in total hip replacement surgery for 36 year old individual who will require a redo of the hip replacement in years to come.

• Failure by medical residents and physicians to recognize and diagnose severe bacterial infection in the emergency department of prominent hospital and after hospitalization of patient leading to overwhelming bacterial infection, toxic shock, conscious suffering and death.

• Negligent care and supervision of home healthcare nurse in caring for two year old child with breathing difficulties resulting in conscious suffering and death of child due to asphyxiation from plugged breathing tube.

• Double fatality motor vehicle accident resulting from collision due to car traveling over the center line including death of two adults and severe injuries to one adult and two minor children, closed head injuries and severe emotional and psychological trauma.

• Legal malpractice claim after attorney negligently failed to timely file complaint for wrongful death in motor vehicle fatality case, where decedent’s car was struck by vehicle traveling over the center line.    

• Landlord premises liability due to death of thirteen year old child from stabbing inside apartment building as a result of lack of security of building allowing intruders to gain access to building.
